Meet The Founders
Hi, my name is Connor Faul, and I’m a student at JSerra High School in the Business Magnet Program, where I’ve learned all about financial literacy. When I was younger, I used to spend my money too quickly—and then I couldn’t afford the things I really wanted. That made me curious about how money works: how to save it, spend it wisely, and even grow it over time.
Now, I want to help kids like you build smart money habits in simple, fun ways. I created this website because I believe everyone should learn how to budget, save, give generously, and even start a mini business. Learning about money doesn’t have to be boring—it can actually be exciting! Let’s grow together, one dollar at a time.

While in the JSerra DuPont Business Magnet Program, I learned something that really stuck with me: most people don’t learn the basics of financial literacy when they’re young. That realization sparked my mission—to help the next generation build smart money habits early on. That’s why we created The Piggy Bank Playbook, a fun and practical way to teach kids the essentials of money management before they need it later in life. Inspired by the alarming statistics around financial literacy in the U.S., I knew something had to change—and I wanted to be part of the solution. My journey in financial education is just beginning, but I’m committed to helping kids take confident steps toward a smarter financial future.
